HIGH DUSTING

At TGWCS, our professional team uses high dusting HEPA filter vacuums, which is a safe and effective way to remove dust, allergens, and fine particles from elevated or hard-to-reach surfaces without redistributing them into the air. What it involves: we don’t just dust—we aim to target hard-to-reach elevated areas up to 45ft high, creating powerful results directly from the ground. We use hi-tech remote camera technology, which eliminates the need for unsafe scissor lifts.
We target areas such as:

• Air vents and ducts (exterior surfaces)

A HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) vacuum is used because it captures very fine particles (down to 0.3 microns) instead of blowing them back into the room.

DAY PORTER

STRIP WAX & FLOOR BUFFING

Strip waxing and buffing floors is a professional floor care process that TGWCS uses to restore and maintain the appearance and durability of hard flooring surfaces, especially vinyl composition tile (VCT). Stripping involves removing old layers of wax, dirt, and buildup using specialized cleaning solutions and equipment, revealing the bare floor underneath. Once the surface is thoroughly cleaned and dry, new layers of floor finish (wax) are applied to create a protective, glossy coating. After the wax has cured, buffing or burnishing is performed using high-speed machines to smooth and shine the surface, enhancing its appearance and improving slip resistance. This process not only makes floors look clean and polished but also extends their lifespan by protecting them from scratches, stains, and everyday wear.

CARPET STEAM & SHAMPOO
